చీకటి చిందులు

 చీకటికి ఆధారం ఏమిటి  ? అసలు చీకటి అంటే ? ఎందుకు మన వాళ్ళు అజ్ఞానాన్ని చీకటితో పోలుస్తారు ?
ఇలాంటి చాలా ప్రశ్నలు మనస్సుని మదిస్తుంటే ....
నాకు అనిపించిన , నా మదికి కనిపించిన జవాబు , చీకటి అనేది అసలు లేనేలేదు .మనం దేనిని చీకటి అంటున్నామో అది కేవలం వెలుగు లేని స్థితి మాత్రమే . చీకటిని పారద్రోలాలంటే , యుద్ధం  చెయ్యాల్సింది చీకటితో కాదు , వెలుగుతో ..

నేలంతా పరచుకున్న నల్ల పిల్లి పిల్లలు ,
నింగి నుండి చొరబడే నిశాసతీ  చూపులు..

సంధ్యా సుందరి మెలకువలో ఎల్లలకే సెలవులు.
హద్దులున్న  చోటల్లా కల్లబొల్లి ఛాయలు.

మసలుతున్న మానవులం మేసలలేని వేళలు.
అలసిన ఆ భానుమూర్తి తీసుకునే సెలవులు .

ప్రాణికోటి స్పందనకే మసి పూసిన నీడలు
కనులున్నా చుదలేనే చీకటమ్మ లీలలు .

జాబిలమ్మ కుంచె పట్టి నల్ల గుడ్డపై గీసే గీతలు
తెల్లటి వెన్నెల కిరణాల్లో అవనిన అలముకొనే కాంతులు

వెలుగులేని నీడలో జరుగుతున్న వింతలు
నిశీధిలో నినదించే నమ్మలేని నిజాలు .

కన్నుల్లో కాగడాలు సాగించే నడకలు ,
అన్వేషణ ఆపలేని ధైర్యం గల మనుషులు .

చల్లగాలి వింజామరలో సేదతీరు జీవులు
ఫాను గాలి పడకలో బాధతీర్చు నిద్రలు .

ఉదయం రవికిరణంతో కాల చక్రం మొదలు
రాతిరి చంద్రుని వెన్నెలలో అవనికెన్ని హొయలు..?

"నా" తరవాత నాకు నా తెలుగు భాషంటే చాలా పిచ్చండి బాబు , ఎంత బాగుంటుందో కదా...మా అమ్మ సాక్షిగా నాకు అబ్బిన ఏ కొద్ది పాటి జ్ఞానంతోనే నేను ఇంత ఆనందంగా ఉంటె , ఇంకా కావ్యాలు రాసిన మహామహుల భావాలూ ఎలా ఉన్నవో కదా...హా హా హా హా హా...

 నాకు సూర్యుడు అంటే చాలా చాల ఇష్టం ,ఆయన లేని చీకటి అన్నా కూడా అంటే ఇష్టం , ఎందుకంటే ఆయన లేని లోటుని ప్రపంచానికి తెలియ చేస్తుంది కాబట్టి , ఒక రోజు పొద్దున్నే భూమికి ఊపిరులూదుతున్న మా బాస్ ని చూసి మది పులకరించి తనకు తానుగా పెల్లుబికిన భావ వాహిని..

                                                                             ఆవేళ

పచ్చ గడ్డిపై పరచుకున్న మంచు ముత్యాల కన్యలు ,

అప్పుడప్పుడే విచ్చుతున్న రవి వెచ్చని కౌగిట కరిగే వేళ..

నిశీధి ఇంట్లో నిదరోయిన నిప్పులు ,

ఉషోదయంతో ఉర్వికి ఊపిరులూదే వేళ..

వెండి వెన్నెల పండించిన జాబిలి,

సెలవంటూ పడమట దాగే వేళ ..

తూరుపు కన్యక నిద్దుర వదిలి ,

సింధూరం నుదుటిన దిద్దే వేళ..

స్వప్నంలో సృష్టించిన కొత్త కొత్త లోకాలు ,

కలలేనని కనులకు తెలివోచ్చే వేళ.

చలి గాలికి బిగిసిన ఆకుల జంటలు ,

వొళ్ళు విరుచుకుని అరిచే వేళ.

సూదంటి కిరణాలు చుర్రుమంటుంటే ,

పగడాల దీవిగా పుడమి పులకించే వేళ.

మసకలోకి దూరి , మగతలోకి జారి ,

స్వగతమంత మరచి , సంగతులు విరమించి ,

సద్దుమణిగిన జాతి నిద్ధరొదిలేలా ,  విశ్రమించిన వారి ఉనుకు కదిలేలా 

ఆ సూర్య భగవాను  సప్త హయములు కదిలి 

శాంత ప్రకోపాన జగతినంతా తిరిగి 

నింగికి , నేలకు మధ్యన వంతెన కట్టే వేళ 

భూబంతికి ఒక వైపంతా హారతులిచ్చే వేళ.

ఆ వేళలో 

పక్షులు కిలకిలా రావాల అక్షింతలు చల్లాయి .

సడలించిన తలుపుల సాక్షిగా గుడిగంటలు మ్రోగాయి .

ఉత్త  రోజులా ఉన్నా, ఒక కొత్త జగతికి నాంది ఇది 

హత్తుకునే మనసుంటే , ప్రతి ఉదయం ఆనంద నిధి..

 

  

Does god exist..?

This man in the wheel chair who has been suffering from a motor neuron decease , who diagnosed to death by the doctors when he was 18 years old ,who cant speak , walk an inch from the chair , who talks with the help of an interactive voice simulation system which works by taking the air flow up to his throat as a measure and simulates his voice ,who is regarded as the brilliant brain after Einstein , who cant shake his hands is here to shake our beliefs....this is none other than Stephen Hawkings..

This is what i felt after reading Stephen hawking's breathe taking book " a brief history of time "

No, actually He does not. Neither does She. Neither does any religion push the existence of an individual as God. Buddha denied the existence of God except as the idea of ‘nothingness’. Christ was the Son (and therefore born of) God that is Eternal and the Light. The Prophet Mohammad was the Prophet through whom God the Almighty and Omnipresent spoke. The fundamentals of Hinduism are based on the idea’s of an eternity that encompasses all existence as described by Krishna (or at least revealed to) Arjun in the Bhagvad Geeta. Each religion has attempted to expand the concept of God to include ideas of universal eternal love and compassion.

I sometimes feel people keep raising these issues to sell their books or to get on to TV shows.

Of course science will go continue to expand the frontiers of knowledge in the logical understanding of our Universe. And wise philosophers and spiritualists will continue to co opt that part of science that somehow corresponds with concepts of centuries old spiritualists. Such as quantum physics. But while science can give us many theories to describe love, can it give us the experience of love ? And are experience and analysis the same thing ? No they are not.

There in lies the difference. We live in an infinite universe that we must describe and measure in finite terms for it to be ’scientific’. The ideas of infinity can only come as mathematical possibilities with a ‘constant’ always needed to complete the infinite equation. More often than not that ‘constant’ is the assumption of ‘non linearity of time’ . Which will be proven no doubt, but to a human ego existing and addicted to the idea of linearity of time, ‘eternity’ is essentially incomprehensible other than in moments of expansive emotions of ‘faith’ and ‘love’.

The spiritualists describe the Universe as infinite probabilities. Infinite potential. It exists as you imagine it does. In fact it exists and does not exist at the same moment.

So does God also exist and not exist at the same time ? Is there a ‘being’ that is pulling all the strings of the Universe according to huge design ? Yes, if the design is infinite. And encompasses all possibilities that gives infinite choice. The idea being not someone or somebody that controls the Universe , but a Universe that is consistently creating and destroying itself.

Can there be a scientific equation that ‘explains’ the Universe ? Yes, if you could find an equation that is consistently evolving and destroying itself, refusing to be a static defined representation of our infinite existence.

What is Religion..?

Leonardo Buff , a Brazilian theologist once asked the Dalia lama when they were discussing about freedom and religion that " What is religion " expecting
he would say " The Tibetan Buddhism " or " The oriental religions much older than Christianity " .But to his amazement he answered
" the best religion is that which gets you closest to the truth , which makes you a better person "

The above conversation summarizes what i feel about religion.Religion is not something which holds you but it is that which you hold in the process of becoming better in your life's journey .Any religion which takes away your freedom of living, which will not permit the debate and argument of its origins , which is above history and not a part in it is fundamentally opposite to what a religion should be.To me there is no religion higher than the truth "

Thoughts that influenced ME

WE are all gathering information right from the moment of our birth till we die.Our action, reaction , decisions , values , ethics , in turn our character and personality is shaped by what is "implanted, seen , experienced ,read , imagined , and so forth " .But i cant answer ,though there are many thoughts ,i came across in my journey till now but why only i got influenced by these handful.May be they are for me / i am for them..

Breaking News.....

As a recent survey says ,Twenty first century tools for increasing inattention and hyper activeness in children in affluent western societies like that of north america are watching television in higher dosage.Though the case is a bit better in India but we too are not far away from the truth.The elders are also not a viable exception from this
because when we watch television most of the times we look without seeing and hear without listening.

Although different types of material is available in the form of an idiot box , nothing is more harmful than an untruthful 24*7 news channels which are operating at the fear of the remote controls in the hands of the audience.

There is a sense of bewildering maze about defining and measuring " NEWS " as it is also not an exception in the changing arena of the face of business.In olden times , when the revenues were not pouring into the news channels in the form of advertisements and when news shown for only a predefined time period they were seem to be concerned with the amount of truthfulness and honesty of news they were showing instead of making it into a commercially viable entertaining material.But when the businesses starts expanding and the add industry realized that all these people glue to the television are potential customers then things start changing .Sooner , the 24*7 news channels started with so much promise to these potential clients who are the major contributers to their business.

As the news industry started showing the signs of a good business venture , some big heads , politicians with a duel purpose of getting money and promoting their ideology (if they have one) , industrialists , News paper media barons started thgeir own channels which are intended to show " NEWS " continuously.With the TRP ratings , news industry has also became a competition ground where people fought for winning the audience minds than winning the battle with true spirit.

Our mind recognizes the oddity in the lump of thousand things.It wants anything which does not make it think a lot , it wants simply the entertainment and not the truth.Some news channels seem to be working on it .

very spicy programmes which are well edited to create the desired effect which they want to create with a stunning background score are telecasted with aknack of attracting the audience attention. When they fear of the changing of their channel from the remote they say "YOU ARE GOING SEE A BREAKING NEWS , SO PLEASE STAY TUNED ".The hottest news is changing every day and no topic lies in the media for discussion for more than a week.When the situation comes they conduct discussions , debates , polls and when they get another masala news they simply ignore the previous one .We dont know what has happened to sasi tharoor controversy , what obama is doing now as all the news channels across the world had delineated him as a saviour of the world at the time of america elections .So literally there is no follow-up.In between they fill the screen with the information of celebrity marriages and gossips in exorbitant amounts.

Media is a very powerful weapon.For the restoration of democracy and its survival media is the most important thing.Thats why it is referred as a fourth estate.But an industry which is supposedly a news showing one is making news and how can a a common man can distinguish between the original one and the other.

One can imagine the amount of frustration felt by an idealist democrat like jayaprakash narayan of loksatta when he said all the tv channels must be shut down for atleast a week for what they were all showing in excess of what should be dealt in case of TRS leadind the separate state agitation in andhra pradesh.

At the same time exercising restrictions on the media (like in israel) is not an intelligent option as it affects it's functionality ;But i feel there must be a cap on the amount of paid up news taken by a particular news media enterprise , they must not be allowed to show things without a substantiate evidence supporting them , let us hope for a change in the mind sets of the media barons and let them compete for showing the truth first not the news.......
